THE INFRARED DRYING SYSTEM
The short wave infrared system is composed of high performance front radiation panels. Compared to a normal emitter, it manages to convey radiation, reaching an infrared useful power
of 170% and reducing operating costs.

COMMON FEATURES:
Maximum power limiter: allows maximum power limitation to reduce consumption.
Power splitter: allows power splitting in individual areas of the booth when drying is necessary
only on parts of the vehicle.
High efficiency crossed flow heat recovery: plate heat recovery uses exchangers that allow heat transfer between two air flows activated by a temperature difference. Designed to reduce consumption up to 60% and to facilitate the routine maintenance phase.

HOT WATER HEATING
Heating in the spraying phase with hot water (allows
use of water from the local community heating network).
Power installed 100 kW, can be split in the drying phase.

WITH DIRECT FIRED BURNER
With direct fired burner, it allows an optimal
temperature using methane gas.
